This is for candidates with minimum 1 to maximum of 3 years of work experience in sales as part of a digital / advertising agency.
We are looking for a B2B sales champion with a high sense of ownership and a zeal towards client management, while efficiently meeting stipulated business targets. Someone who can spot opportunities and convert them into potential business, with utmost agility. Combating refusals with persistence, one who thrives under pressure, possesses excellent communication skills and a sound understanding of social media. Enthusiastic, and unabashedly result-oriented. Your primary responsibility will include:
- New account development along with defining target accounts and executing ideas
- Expanding client base, cross-selling and building client engagement
- Qualifying sales opportunities and prospects
- Networking at community functions and events
Tasks you will be involved in:
- Seeking, processing, and executing client requests and product orders
- Answering queries regarding product/ services/ processes and if required, directing them to the respective account manager
- Coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely fulfillment of products/ services
- Maintaining trackers, reports for client interaction, product/ service usage
- Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings
- Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones to ensure that the targets are met
