• Online bidding on various portal like Upwork, Freelance, Odesk, Elance, Guru, People Per Hour etc.
  
• Lead generation, searching the new market strategy and making agents to the foreign countries.
  
• Responsible for generating new business from online bidding portals, managing other sources, client requirements, client relationship channels and responding to RFI, RFP etc.
  
• Interact with clients for their technical requirements.
  

Job Responsibilities: –

• Writing Proposal / Costing/ Negotiations/ prepare project schedules, review and check procedures and documentation, prepare the release package
  
• Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates client needs on an ongoing basis.
  
• Work with the team to understand the needs of the client and respond accordingly to achieve their business goals.
  
• Devising new and innovative business development plans and Strategies.
  
• 1 – 2 years of experience in a similar role
  
• Strong Analytical, technical, Sales & Marketing fundamentals along with good sales negotiation skills.
  
• Should preferably be from a technical background (IT Industry), Knowledge of Popular Web Technologies used in Web Design & Web Application Development. Knowledge of Direct and online marketing of web based software applications.
  
• Experience and Abilities – Experience in lead nurturing, lead generation, and appointment setting.
  
• Strong Internet research skills required.
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to deal with foreign clients
  
• Self-starting with follow-through and multi-tasking capabilities.
  
• Ability to handle a multi-pronged strategy and challenging workload.
  
• Highly motivated with a strong desire to succeed
