Job Description
- Business Development Associates will work directly with Sales and
Marketing Head to gain an understanding of lead generation sales and
marketing processes.
- Applicants must possess
the mindset of a self-starter that is willing to ask for and take
strategic direction, execute those directions with excellence and
pro-actively seek ways to add their own unique value to those
strategies.
- Accurate data entry and reviews. Maintenance of master data sets.
- Perform analysis of marketing and sales data. Seek and analyze competitor marketing and sales materials both on and offline.
- Prepare presentations.
- Extensive use of social media in order to generate leads.

Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of social media and online marketing.
- High attention to detail. Proactive self-starter.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
- A high level of integrity, accuracy, dependability and enthusiasm.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced start-up environment.
