Understand the customer's requirements
Attending inbound calls and making outbound calls.
Doing regular follow up and ensuring customers site visit.
Responsible from leads handling to ensuring site visits.
Regular follow-up & achieving high sales conversions.
Ensure timely updates on the sales pipeline on the system.
Submit reports and updates as required by the reporting manager
