Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Associate (BDA) to drive new business growth by identifying, researching, and qualifying potential customers. This entry-level sales role focuses on the top of the sales funnel, generating high-quality leads and scheduling initial meetings for our Account Executive team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospecting: Research and identify potential clients using tools like LinkedIn and industry databases.

  • Outreach: Execute high-volume, personalized campaigns (cold calls, emails, social) to engage prospects.

  • Qualification: Vet leads based on established criteria to ensure they are a strong fit.

  • Appointment Setting: Successfully book qualified meetings and demos for the sales team.

  • CRM Management: Accurately log all sales activities and update prospect data in the CRM ([e.g., Salesforce]).

  • Goal Achievement: Consistently meet monthly and quarterly targets for meetings and opportunities created.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

  • Highly self-motivated, persistent, and goal-oriented.
