Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation and Prospecting

Identify and research potential clients through online platforms, databases, industry publications, and networking events.

Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads by cold calling, emailing, and social media outreach.

Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and schedule meetings or product demos with the appropriate internal stakeholders.
2. Market Research and Analysis

Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities.

Gather and analyze data on customer needs, preferences, and purchasing behavior.

Provide actionable insights and reports to assist in the formulation of marketing and sales strategies.
3. Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with potential and existing clients.

Act as the first point of contact for prospective customers to understand their requirements and communicate company offerings effectively.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of proposed solutions according to client needs.
4. Proposal Development and Presentation

Assist in preparing business proposals, presentations, and sales decks tailored to each potential client.

Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to create customized pitch materials.

Present solutions to prospective clients in meetings, calls, or virtual presentations.
5. CRM and Reporting

Maintain accurate and up-to-date information on all business development activities using a CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

Track and report key metrics, including outreach success rates, conversion rates, and sales cycle timelines.

Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to senior management regarding progress toward sales goals.
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work with the marketing team to align outreach efforts with campaigns and branding strategies.

Coordinate with product development and operations teams to relay client feedback and influence future offerings.

Collaborate with senior business development executives to refine strategies and improve overall effectiveness.
