Make outbound calls to prospective students to promote our engineering and certification programs.

Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and convert them into successful enrollments.

Provide customized course recommendations based on student needs and career goals.

Address student queries regarding courses, certifications, and internships in a professional manner.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions in the CRM system.

Meet and exceed monthly individual and team-based sales targets.

Coordinate with the marketing and counselling teams for lead nurturing and feedback.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related field.

0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or education counselling (freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply).

Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills.

Ability to understand customer needs and provide relevant solutions.

Goal-driven with a focus on achieving sales targets.

Experience with CRM tools is an added advantage.
