Hiring: Business Development Associate – Bhanzu (Bangalore)
Location: On-site, Bangalore
Work Schedule: 6-day work week
CTC: Competitive with incentives
Experience: 0–3 years (Freshers welcome)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Associate to help us grow our customer base and revenue. The ideal candidate will play a key role in lead generation, client engagement, sales conversions, and market research. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about sales, customer relations, and business expansion.
You will represent the company, identify potential customers, understand their needs, and propose appropriate solutions, helping the organization to scale effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Connect with potential leads via calls, WhatsApp, and email
Understand customer needs and present suitable solutions
Convert leads into enrollments through persuasive communication
Manage CRM records and follow-up efficiently
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
Eligibility Criteria
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Interest in sales and client engagement
High energy, motivation, and learning attitude
Must be available to work from the Bangalore office
Immediate joiners preferred
