Align with the company’s vision and mission, working towards set goals and targets.

Maintain and update client information in the CRM database.

Make outbound calls to clients and handle callback requests promptly.

Engage with potential leads through email and WhatsApp conversations.

Effectively explain our Mathematics and English courses to potential leads.

Convert leads into customers through clear, value-focused communication.

Learn and use CRM tools and other relevant software efficiently.

Perform other related tasks using basic computer software as required.
Requirements-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work under pressure while meeting targets.

Laptop is mandatory.

Willingness to work in a fast-paced startup environment.

Working days: 6 days a week (rotational offs between Monday-Friday; Saturday and Sunday are compulsory working days).
