Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our team. In this role, you will support the growth of the company by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and supporting the sales process from lead generation through to close.
Key Responsibilities:-
Conduct market research to identify potential clients, market trends, and new business opportunities

Generate leads through cold calling, networking, email campaigns, and social media outreach

Qualify prospects based on defined criteria and schedule meetings for senior sales staff

Assist in the development of sales presentations, proposals, and marketing materials
-
Maintain and update CRM systems to track leads, opportunities, and client interactions

Support the sales team in managing existing client relationships and upselling opportunities

Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align sales strategies
-
Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking events to represent the company

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly KPIs and performance targets

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field

1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role (entry-level roles may require no prior experience)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities

Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)

Self-starter with a growth mindset and a passion for sales
