Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Associate (BDA) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key part in expanding Collegex’s reach by identifying and building relationships with prospective clients, educational institutions, and partners. You will work closely with our leadership and sales teams to develop and execute strategies to drive business growth and increase market share.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Client Acquisition: Identify and engage potential clients, build and manage lead pipelines to meet targets.
- Market Research & Analysis: Monitor industry trends and competitor strategies to identify growth opportunities.
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Collaborate with sales team to design and implement strategies, deliver presentations, and close deals.
- Client Relationship Management: Provide personalized support, resolve issues, and ensure long-term client satisfaction.
- Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with marketing, content, and counseling teams to align business development efforts.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably in the EdTech or education sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships quickly.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Results-driven, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
