We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development Associate to support our sales and growth initiatives. Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation and Prospecting

Identify potential clients through online research, cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, industry events, and networking.

Create and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads through CRM tools and regular follow-ups.

Research and analyze industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs to identify new business opportunities.
2. Client Engagement and Follow-Up

Initiate contact with leads through phone, email, or virtual meetings to introduce the company’s products/services.

Build strong relationships with prospective clients by understanding their business challenges and presenting tailored solutions.

Schedule and coordinate meetings or product demos with senior sales staff or management when appropriate.
3. Sales Support and Reporting

Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and customized pitches.

Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of interactions, lead status, and pipeline progress in CRM platforms.

Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, call volumes, meetings booked, and closed deals.
4. Market Research and Strategy

Support business development strategy by collecting and analyzing data on potential markets, sectors, or industries.

Stay up to date with market trends, competitors’ activities, and client developments.

Share insights with internal teams to support product development and marketing strategies.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with the marketing team to align outreach strategies, campaigns, and content.

Coordinate with sales, customer success, and operations teams to ensure a seamless transition from prospect to customer.

Contribute feedback to improve the client journey and product offerings.
