Key Responsibilities

Schedule and coordinate meetings or product demos with senior sales staff or management when appropriate.
3. Sales Support and Reporting

Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and customized pitches.

Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of interactions, lead status, and pipeline progress in CRM platforms.

Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, call volumes, meetings booked, and closed deals.
4. Market Research and Strategy

Support business development strategy by collecting and analyzing data on potential markets, sectors, or industries.

Stay up to date with market trends, competitors’ activities, and client developments.

Share insights with internal teams to support product development and marketing strategies.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with the marketing team to align outreach strategies, campaigns, and content.

Coordinate with sales, customer success, and operations teams to ensure a seamless transition from prospect to customer.
