Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects into customers, and ensuring a seamless sales experience for our clients. If you have a passion for sales, strong negotiation skills, and and understanding of the real estate market, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify potential clients through networking, cold calling, digital marketing, and referrals.
Client Engagement: Understand clients’ needs and preferences to recommend suitable properties.
Site Visits & Presentations: Conduct property site visits, showcase features, and explain pricing and payment plans.
Sales Negotiation & Closure: Negotiate deals, prepare necessary documentation, and ensure smooth transactions.
Market Research: Stay updated on real estate trends, property values, and competitor activities.
Relationship Management: Maintain relationships with clients for referrals and repeat business.
Coordination with Other Departments: Work closely with marketing, legal, and finance teams to facilitate the sales process.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in real estate sales (Freshers with strong sales skills can apply).
Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

● If you have reached the target of 1,200 SQFT then you will eligible for 10k of salary.
● If you have reached the target of 1,200 SQFT with 30% then you will eligible for 15k of salary..
● If you have reached the target of 2,400 SQFT then you will eligible for 15k of salary.
● If you have reached the target of 2,400 SQFT with 30% then you will eligible for 20k of salary.
