Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Associate to drive sales, build client relationships, and boost revenue. The ideal candidate should be passionate about sales, possess strong communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibilities:
Generate leads and follow up with prospective clients
Pitch products/services and close deals

Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation and Prospecting

Identify and research potential clients through online sources, networking, referrals, and market analysis.

Qualify leads through calls, emails, and meetings to assess interest and needs.

Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads using CRM tools or sales trackers.
2. Client Engagement and Relationship Building

Initiate contact with potential customers via cold calls, emails, social media, and in-person meetings.

Understand client requirements, challenges, and goals to recommend appropriate solutions.

Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and existing customers to promote retention and growth.
3. Sales Strategy and Execution

Present, promote, and sell products or services using solid arguments to prospective customers.

Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value proposition.

Work with internal stakeholders (product, operations, tech teams) to ensure client needs are addressed.

Meet or exceed assigned sales targets, KPIs, and activity metrics.
4. Market Research and Intelligence

Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats.

Stay updated on industry developments, customer behaviors, and emerging business models.

Provide feedback from clients to internal teams for continuous product/service improvement.
5. Proposal and Deal Closure

Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to client requirements.

Negotiate terms and close business deals in collaboration with senior sales leadership.

Ensure proper documentation and contract compliance throughout the sales cycle.
6. Reporting and CRM Management

Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and lead progress in the CRM system.

Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports to track personal and team performance.

Use data to refine sales tactics and improve client engagement strategies.
