Job Description
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Conduct thorough market research to pinpoint potential clients, including colleges, universities, student organizations, and event sponsors
2. Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with existing clients to guarantee satisfaction and foster repeat business opportunities
3. Maintain regular communication channels with clients to grasp their needs, resolve any concerns, and offer effective solutions
4. Collaborate closely with the event management team to craft personalized proposals and presentations that align with client requirements
5. Present proposals to clients, emphasizing the unique value proposition of our services and addressing their specific needs and preferences
6. Lead negotiations and finalize contracts with clients, ensuring all terms and conditions are clearly defined and mutually agreed upon
7. Work in tandem with the management team to devise strategic business development plans and initiatives for sustained growth
