Job Description

Business Development Associate. A candidate must have excellent communication skill, International sales, B2B sale, Inside sales, US sales, UK sales. The job shift timing is 7:30 PM to 5:00 Am. Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities:
Identify and research potential clients and business opportunities.
Develop and implement strategic plans for new business development.
Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies.
Prepare and present proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
Track and report on sales metrics and progress towards goals.
Assist in the negotiation and closing of deals.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven track record in a sales or business development role.
Strong understanding of sales process and dynamics.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
