Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation and Prospecting

Identify and research potential clients through online platforms, databases, referrals, and social media (e.g., LinkedIn).

Conduct outreach activities via cold calling, email campaigns, and messaging to initiate business discussions.

Qualify leads based on company criteria and schedule appointments or product demos with senior sales members.
2. Client Engagement and Relationship Management
-
Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients to ensure repeat business.

Maintain regular contact with prospective clients through calls, follow-up emails, or virtual meetings.

Provide accurate information about products/services, pricing, and customized solutions to address client needs.
3. Sales Pipeline Management

Maintain and update the sales pipeline using CRM tools such as Zoho, Salesforce, or HubSpot.

Track lead progress, stage movement, follow-up schedules, and deal closures.

Prepare regular reports and updates on pipeline activity, revenue forecasts, and conversion rates.
4. Sales Presentations and Demos

Support and sometimes conduct product presentations or online demonstrations for potential clients.

Clearly explain features, benefits, and competitive advantages of the company’s offerings.

Address client objections and provide clarification to assist in the sales conversion process.
5. Market Research and Insights

Research market trends, competitor offerings, and customer pain points to fine-tune pitch strategies.

Provide insights to the product and marketing teams for strategy improvements.

Suggest new market segments, partnership opportunities, or regions to explore for business expansion.
6. Collaboration and Reporting

Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer support teams to deliver an exceptional client experience.

Provide feedback from the field to help improve service offerings or marketing messages.

Participate in regular meetings, performance reviews, and sales training sessions.
