Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Prospecting

Identify potential leads through various sources including online platforms, educational events, referrals, and cold outreach.

Build a strong pipeline of qualified prospects through research, networking, and consistent follow-up.

Initiate contact with potential customers via phone, email, social media, and in-person interactions.
Sales & Conversion

Understand the educational products/services thoroughly and articulate their value proposition effectively.

Conduct high-quality product demos or consultations to understand customer requirements.

Convert leads into paying customers through structured follow-ups, persuasive communication, and tailored solutions.

Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Customer Relationship Management

Maintain ongoing communication with prospects and clients to build trust and loyalty.

Serve as a reliable point of contact throughout the sales cycle and post-sale onboarding.

Gather feedback from users and share insights with product and marketing teams to improve offerings.
Reporting & CRM Management

Maintain accurate records of lead interactions, customer feedback, and conversion status using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports to track progress and suggest improvements.

Provide feedback to the sales and strategy teams based on market trends and customer interactions.
Collaboration & Strategy

Collaborate with marketing and content teams to align outreach strategies with campaigns.

Assist in local marketing activities, webinars, educational fairs, and promotional events as needed.

Share market intelligence and competitor insights to influence strategy and positioning.
