Key Responsibilities

Initiate contact with potential clients through cold calling, email campaigns, social media engagement, and other communication channels.

Qualify leads based on their needs, budget, and decision-making authority.

Schedule meetings, product demonstrations, or presentations with qualified prospects for senior sales representatives or account managers.

Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients by providing timely information and follow-up.

Act as the first point of contact for new business inquiries.

Support the sales team in maintaining long-term client engagement through regular communication and service updates.

Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop customized proposals, presentations, and sales materials.
