Location: Hyderabad
We are looking for ambitious and energetic individuals to join our team as Business Development Associate to drive customer engagement and business expansion.
Key Responsibilities:Identify and qualify potential clients through research, cold calls, emails, or networking.
Maintain ongoing relationships with existing clients and ensure satisfaction.
Present the company’s products/services to potential clients through meetings, demos, or calls.
Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
Pitch products/services effectively to prospects
Manage sales pipeline and track progress
Collaborate with internal teams to optimize the sales process
Meet and exceed assigned sales targets
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or B.Tech in Science streams (Computer Science, IT, Electronics, Mechanical, etc.)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Self-motivated and eager to learn
Prior experience in sales or business development is a plus but not mandatory
