- Conduct online and offline student and parent counseling sessions.
- Convert qualified leads into successful enrollments.
- Participate in field visits, walk-ins, campus interactions, seminars, and events.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate lead and conversion data using CRM tools.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding.
- Handle objections and ensure a positive customer experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in EdTech sales / business development.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Target-driven mindset with willingness to work in the field.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and basic MS Excel.
- Willingness to work from Hyderabad office.
