We are looking for motivated freshers to join our team as Business Development Associates. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to start their career in sales and business development with a growing company.

Key Responsibilities

Calling leads & scheduling meetings with potential clients
Updating CRM and internal records with up-to-date information
Sending text messages & follow-ups to prospects
Supporting the sales team with lead generation activities

Skills Required

Effective Communication - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Interpersonal Skills - Ability to build rapport with clients and team members
Basic Computer Skills - Familiarity with CRM systems and MS Office
