Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

Identify and generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, social media, and referrals.

Conduct market research to understand student needs and trends.

Collaborate with marketing teams to attract potential students.
2. Student Counseling & Conversion
-
Engage with prospective students through calls, messages, and emails.

Provide detailed information about courses, admission procedures, and career opportunities.

Address student queries and concerns, ensuring a high conversion rate.
3. Follow-up & Relationship Management
-
Maintain regular follow-ups with interested students to drive enrollments.

Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents.

Maintain accurate records of interactions and enrollment status in CRM systems.
4. Coordination with Admissions Team
-
Work closely with the admissions team to facilitate a smooth enrollment process.

Ensure all required documents and fees are submitted on time.

Provide feedback on student concerns and improve the admission experience.
5. Achieve Enrollment Targets

Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly enrollment targets.

Continuously improve sales pitches and strategies based on student feedback.
