Job Summary:
We are looking for an energetic, self-motivated, and goal-oriented Business Development Associate to help grow our customer base, identify new sales opportunities, and drive revenue. This is a client-facing role where you will be directly involved in lead generation, relationship management, and deal closures.
As a Business Development Associate (BDA), you will serve as a key part of the sales engine—responsible for converting qualified leads into paying clients and contributing to our long-term growth strategy. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment alongside passionate sales, marketing, and product teams to present solutions that meet client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation and Prospecting:

Identify new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, social media outreach, and networking.

Research target industries, companies, and decision-makers using online tools like LinkedIn, business directories, and CRM databases.

Qualify potential leads based on need, interest, and budget fit before passing them to the next sales stage.
2. Client Engagement and Communication:

Initiate contact with potential clients via calls, emails, or in-person meetings.

Understand the client’s business model, challenges, and requirements to pitch relevant products/services.

Schedule and conduct product demos, presentations, and discovery calls.

Maintain timely and professional communication with leads throughout the sales cycle.
3. Sales Pipeline Management:

Manage leads from initial interest to conversion using CRM tools like Zoho, Salesforce, or HubSpot.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions, proposals, and follow-ups.

Work closely with senior sales or account managers to ensure smooth handover of converted clients.
4. Target Achievement and Reporting:

Meet and exceed monthly or quarterly sales targets and KPIs (qualified leads, conversions, revenue).

Provide regular updates on lead status, performance reports, and market feedback to management.

Contribute ideas for improving lead conversion strategies and sales efficiency.
5. Market Research and Strategy:

Stay updated with industry trends, competitive offerings, and customer preferences.

Share feedback with product or marketing teams to optimize offerings and messaging.

Participate in brainstorming sessions to create targeted outreach campaigns.
