Job Description
• Assist in lead generation and prospecting new clients.
• Support the sales team in identifying and developing sales opportunities.

• Prepare sales reports and track performance metrics.
• Help in maintaining client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Learn and apply sales techniques to achieve targets.
• Provide administrative support to the sales department as needed.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation and Prospecting:

Identify potential customers through various channels such as online research, social media, networking, and attending industry events.

Develop and manage a pipeline of leads using CRM tools.

Reach out to prospects via email, phone calls, and LinkedIn to introduce company offerings and schedule meetings or demos.

Market Research and Analysis:

Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activity, and potential customer needs.

Analyze new markets and determine the best strategies to enter and grow in those segments.

Provide insights and data to support marketing and sales campaigns.

Client Engagement and Relationship Building:

Communicate with potential clients to understand their requirements and pain points.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospects and clients to encourage repeat business.

Act as the first point of contact for inquiries, providing information and directing clients to appropriate departments when necessary.
