Job Description

TechOlympia Global Services (TGS) is looking for a dynamic Sales / Business Development Professional (Full-Time) to represent our brand during school visits and build strong partnerships with schools and educational institutions across India.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate new business leads through calls, emails, and meetings
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
Present company products/services to prospective clients
Negotiate commercial terms and close deals
Maintain sales pipeline and update CRM regularly
Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Coordinate with marketing, operations, and support teams
Analyze market trends and competitor activities

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Graduation in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Sales-driven and target-oriented mindset
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office
Problem-solving and customer-focused approach
