Sales Outreach & Engagement:
Conduct follow-up calls and emails to prospects to move them through the sales funnel.
Engage with decision-makers to understand their needs, challenges, and goals.
Present and demo the company’s products/services, highlighting key features and benefits that meet the prospect’s specific needs.
Sales Presentations & Product Demos:
Schedule and conduct virtual product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
Customize presentations to address client pain points and show how the company’s solutions can help improve learning outcomes.
Handle objections and questions effectively to move prospects closer to purchasing decisions.
Sales Pipeline Management:
Track and update prospects in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system, ensuring all communications, activities, and outcomes are logged.
Follow up on leads regularly to ensure continued interest and maintain relationships.
Work with the sales team to move leads from the initial inquiry stage to closed deals.
Collaboration & Reporting:
Collaborate closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to ensure alignment in outreach strategies and messaging.
Provide regular updates on sales activity, pipeline progress, and feedback to leadership.
Assist in developing sales materials and resources to better engage prospects.
Customer Support & Retention:
Provide excellent customer service during the sales process and ensure client satisfaction.
