Our Company is looking forward to hiring a confident candidate as a Business Development Associate. Please read properly before applying or contacting our team, We value your effort and time. As a Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for finding new candidates and presenting them our company’s products and services. You will also be responsible for building a strong relationship with the candidates. Ideally, you should have an extraordinary ability to work in both work from office and home as well. You should also have good communication skills and the ability to network with potential candidates. In addition to this, you are required to be in contact with the user after taking the service and take their feedback. Responsibilities:   
• Identifying potential candidates and scheduling meetings and Interview with them. 
• Explaining to the candidates about the products and services. 
• Training agreements, and prices with the candidates 
• Answering all the questions and concerns of the candidates. 
• Filling out the required paperwork and receiving candidate's signatures.   
• Building a strong relationship with the team.
• Maintaining a contact list to reach potential candidates.
• Working in collaboration with the company’s management team.  
• Researching on the competitors' products and services as well as pricing. 
• Staying updated with the latest trends and developments in the industry.    

Requirements. 
• +2,diploma or a Graduate in any stream.
• Good oral and written communication skills. 
• Ability to communicate with different types of personalities.
• Excellent negotiation and sales skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment. 
• A hardworking and customer-oriented individual.
• Ability to manage time efficiently. 

Interview Process : Our expert will verify your 3 skills in major. 
1. Basic Computer Skill (MSOffice, Internet Skills and Social Networking Skills)
2. Basic Designing Skill
3. Basic Communication Skill. According to your performance we will decide your selection. 

After Selection -Company will provide 7days corporate work training (Online based, In case any technical problem our trainer may call you to a suitable location for quick resolution ). Then You will have to pass two Probation periods with some targets fixed by the company management respectively i.e. one is for 30 days(4wks) .
