Job Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic and goal-driven Business Development Associate (BDA) to join our EdTech sales & counselling team. As a BDA, you will play a crucial role in connecting with students, understanding their career goals, providing appropriate course counselling, and converting potential leads into successful enrolments.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential students and parents to explain our courses and services.
Understand student needs and guide them towards suitable programs.
Schedule counselling sessions and follow up proactively to ensure attendance and conversion.
Achieve daily and monthly targets for calls, counselling sessions, and enrolments.
Maintain and update CRM records with accurate student details and call status.
Collaborate with team members and report daily progress to the manager.
Provide excellent customer experience and build long-term relationships.
Eligibility Criteria:
Education: Any graduate (from any stream).
Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
