- Understanding clients need and providing them best services.
- Acquisition and retention of clients.
- Lead generation.
- New client acquisition.
- Revenue generation by Client handling.
- Completing monthly target.
- Maintain Client information in CRM.
- Keep regularly updated with market movements.
- Meeting expectations by delivering desired calling hours.
- Filter potential clients from all the available prospects.
- Interact with the potential Clients who are interested in taking our services.
- Skill Set Required,Good Communication Skills/Good Interpersonal skills, Positive attitude, Able to work under pressure, Analytical Skills, Good decision-making ability.
- Customer identification, retention and renewal, Client follow-up, Grievance Handling, Lead generation, Reporting on daily/weekly & monthly basis to the concerned TLs via CRM software.
