Job Description: Marketing Intern Role.
· Cold Calling: Make proactive calls to the students
· Maintains customer records by updating account information.
· Resolves product or service problems by escalating the customer queries to the manager
· Events: Attend events and college festivals, managing entire event setup, and logistics. post the pandemic
· Marketing: Share pamphlets and marketing material with students and create awareness about the company and product post the pandemic
· Lead collection: Collect the contact information of students and event attendees.
