Title: Business Development Executive - Face to Face Fundraising Consultant
Department: Individual Resource Mobilization
Reports to: Team Leader
SUMMARY:
As a Business Development Executive - Face to Face Fundraising Consultant, he/she will be responsible for engaging with members of the public, at shopping malls, corporate sector, in their kiosks and on street as well. The role of Business Development Executive - F2F Con is to raise awareness about ChildFund’s work to people on the street, at other public places and inspire them to contribute regularly and become financial supporters of ChildFund.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Enrolling long term supporters who will support ChildFund through regular giving and achieve targets set by The Team Coach F2F.
· Develop an understanding of ChildFund India’s work and explain it to the members of the public in a clear and interesting way.
· Ensure that forms are correctly filled.
· Achieve set weekly targets (fundraising targets).
· Daily reporting to the Team Leader - F2F.
· Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisor.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:· Graduate with minimum one year of Face to Face Fundraising experience required. Fresher’s are welcome but experience in direct sales/marketing will be an added advantage.

· A passion to work in the development sector is always encouraged in addition to some experience in direct selling or any industry.
REQUIRED COMPETENCIES:
· Ability to talk and listen to people and build rapport with a wide range of people.
· Willingness to do field job.
· Good presentation skills.
· Keen desire to learn on the job.
· Energy and drive to inspire people and promote ChildFund’s work.
· Ability to work towards fundraising targets.
