Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential B2B clients, including real estate developers and brokers, through market research and networking.
  • Visit the field, engage with clients, and secure sales through diverse in-person sales techniques.
  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their needs and provide tailored software solutions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value and capabilities of our real estate software.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales strategies and campaigns.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to secure new business opportunities.
