Job Summary:
We are hiring freshers for the role of Business Development Executive (BDE) who are passionate, self-driven, and career-oriented. As a BDE, you will be responsible for assisting in client outreach, lead generation, relationship building, and supporting the sales team in achieving targets. This is an entry-level position that offers full training and excellent growth opportunities in sales and business development.
No prior experience is needed—just a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities:

Learn and understand company products/services and target market

Identify and approach potential customers via calls, emails, LinkedIn, or in-person (if required)

Generate leads and set up meetings or product demos for senior executives

Maintain lead and client information using CRM tools or spreadsheets

Follow up with prospects and maintain communication until closure

Participate in product training sessions, client meetings, and business strategy discussions

Help prepare proposals, presentations, and other sales-related documents

Support the team in achieving monthly and quarterly sales goals
Required Skills:

Excellent communication skills in English and regional language if needed

Confidence in speaking to new people and building rapport

Good email writing and basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Docs)
