Job Title: Business Development Executive - Fresher
Ideal Candidate:
As a Business Development Executive, we understand that you may be a fresher; however, a strong interest in learning about IT sales is essential. You must possess excellent English communication skills and have a basic understanding of the IT industry. If you're passionate about sales and eager to grow, we’d love to have you on our team!
What You'll Be Doing:
- You'll be bidding on online portals (Upwork, Freelancer, etc.), with 80% of your focus on identifying projects and submitting proposals.
- You'll be researching potential clients and industries to find suitable projects.
- You'll be writing and submitting proposals tailored to client needs, highlighting the company’s value.
- You'll be following up on bids and communicating with potential clients via email and online platforms.
- You'll be collaborating with the sales and technical teams to understand project requirements and refine proposals.
- You'll be assisting in preparing presentations and documents to support business development activities.
- You'll be staying updated on industry trends and company services to improve bidding strategies.

Technical Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a relevant field.

- Basic understanding of IT concepts and industry trends.
- Familiarity with online bidding platforms (e.g., Upwork, Freelancer) is a plus point.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to use CRM software for tracking leads and client interactions (preferred but not mandatory).
