Business Development Executive/ Inside Sales Executive

Job Description: BD and Networking We are looking for experienced professionals who will work with the CEO of Uno Finance to help expand our network of healthcare service providers across 5 states, as well as maintain and deepen existing relations with our 500+ healthcare providers.

Additionally, you will create incisive go-to-market strategies, which would enhance your skill-set in pricing and product go-to-market.

Uno has shown tenfold growth in a short span of time and offers you the opportunity to grow with us.

We would require you to deal with hospital management (CXOs and Promoters) and build a sustainable relationship with clientele.

We require individuals who think on their feet and can formulate strategies so that we outperform our competitors.

As the face of the company and first point of contact for hospital management, we require you to maintain our goodwill in the market.
RESPONSIBILITIES: -

 Formulate strategies for expanding our current network of healthcare institutions

 Create incisive go-to-market strategies to penetrate and grow market share across all healthcare provider network

 Report directly to CEO to provide regular updates about the on-ground experience at partner hospitals

 Approach potential clientele to establish relationships

 Onboard large corporate hospitals across Delhi – NCR (and pan-India in the future)

 Foster and deepen relations with current partnerships

 Identify SPOCs (Special Point of Contact) in hospitals to cultivate sustainable relations REQUIREMENTS: -

 Understanding of industry

 Excellent communication skills and problem-solving attitude

 Aptitude and charisma for nurturing positive relationships

 Client-oriented mindset

 Own conveyance will be preferred
SCHEDULE and COMPENSATION:  6 days a week
