Job Description:-
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation and Prospecting

Identify potential customers through market research, online platforms, databases, and business directories.

Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and other digital channels.

Understand customer needs and pain points through active listening and intelligent questioning.

Maintain a pipeline of potential clients and track progress in CRM tools.
2. Customer Outreach and Engagement

Make outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce company products or services.

Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns, website inquiries, webinars, or trade shows.

Send personalized emails and follow-up messages to build interest and initiate contact.

Schedule virtual meetings or product demos between prospects and senior sales teams if required.
3. Sales Presentations and Pitches

Present company solutions clearly and persuasively over the phone or via video conferencing tools.

Explain the benefits, features, and pricing of products or services in a way that matches the client’s business goals.

Customize sales pitches based on the client’s industry, size, and specific needs.
4. Lead Qualification
-
Ask targeted questions to determine whether a lead is a good fit for the company’s solutions.

Use qualification frameworks like BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) or SPIN (Situation, Problem, Implication, Need-Payoff).

Categorize leads as hot, warm, or cold and follow appropriate steps for nurturing or handing off to field sales teams.
5. CRM and Reporting

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, opportunities, and deals in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on lead generation, conversion rates, and other performance metrics.

Track performance against individual and team KPIs.
6. Collaboration with Other Teams

Work closely with the marketing team to align on lead generation strategies, campaigns, and messaging.

Collaborate with field sales or account managers to hand over qualified leads and ensure smooth follow-through.

Share feedback from prospects to help product development and marketing teams improve offerings.
7. Continuous Learning
