• Graduate with decent academic scores.
  
• 2-3 years of experience as a Business development Executive.
  
• Experience Healthcare industries would be preferred
  
• Analyse sales trends to achieve primary and secondary target.
  
• A person who is articulate, organized, detail-oriented, tech savvy and can multi-task.
• Ability to handle objections from clients’ end and turn them into opportunity. 
• Ability to interact with the clients and offering solutions through the cloud suite.
  

• Should be capable of developing agent network by networking, campaigning and other innovative tools.
  
• Should grow the client network at a high percentages.
  
• Should be target oriented
  
• Knowledge on Product data analysis & Territory sales forecasting, Competition Mapping & tracking
  
• Should be able to communicate, feedback on sales trends & sending monthly data to HO on primary & secondary basis
  
• Interacting and assisting new agents/channels for enhancing sales growth, market coverage and promoting the brand
  
• Monitor and track agents day wise and taking reports territory wise.
  
•  Should help National Head to prepare plans, ppts for market penetration and also to define targets regional wise.
