New client acquisition to increase sales of our home loan products.
Maintain Client relationships for the employees mapped to the RM and ensure implementation of Sales Management Process.
To manage cross sell of third party products to existing mapped clients.
To minimize early delinquencies by being in constant touch with the customer post loan disbursal and work towards resolving all his queries.
Ensure that the documents required before the disbursement of the loan are complete and all the customer/potential customer queries are resolved.
Post the disbursement of the loan it has to be ensured that all the documents required by the organization are collected as per the TAT.
