Job Description
- International business development and client generation for Web Application, Website/portal, Enterprise IT solutions, Product engineering
- Plan and execute all aspects of the business development initiatives.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly targets established by Sales Head.
- Focus on generating new leads with the aim of creating more sales via cold calls, references, bids, email campaign, etc.
- Handling Business Proposals.
- Strong Follow-ups and analytics skill
- Maintaining customer relationships and ensuring customer loyalty through excellent customer service as well as meeting all client needs appropriate to their business.
- Participate in formulating important business development strategies.
- Provide support to the division manager for all sales related tasks.
- Maintain accurate records and generate various relevant reports/documents for Sales/Marketing Department.
- Minimum 6 Months of experience in the similar profile preferably in IT companies, proven background in business development.
- Experience in requirements gathering, analysis and writing business proposals.
- Strong track record of business-to-business sales at a corporate level.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as a part of the team.
- Must be able to operate Microsoft Office or Similar kind of Program.
- Experience and understanding of Portal, Web Application/Web Development, ecommerce and IT services.
- Strong research, strategic analysis skills and Problem-Solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written and be able to cold call potential clients with confidence.
- Self-motivated, Enthusiastic, Ambitious and confident.
- Should be open to work in shifts (UK, Europe and US Time zones only for males and for females only Day Shift)
