- Reaching out to new customers and explaining them the benefits of Aissel’s Products &Services
- Understanding and managing personal performance on daily basis
- Lead prospecting, qualifying and building a robust pipeline
- Sourcing New opportunities through Cold calls and Emails and follow up on warm leads
- Ensuring all data is properly maintained and updated in the CRM application
- Understanding customer needs and gathering requirements
- Segment and Account level research and map the account, identify potential buyers, identify key needs and positioning of Aissel’s Services.
- Routing qualified opportunities to the respective Sales Manager for closures
- Target orientated, ambitious, creative, customer focused
- Must have excellent Spoken & written communication skills in English
- Able to demonstrate time management, and inside sales skills
- Able to complete individual goals as well as work in a team environment
- Should demonstrate Professional demeanor and must have desire for a long-term career insales
- Comfortable working in night shift (US shift – 6 PM to 3 AM) Demonstrate proficiency in using all appropriate systems, tools, and processes
