Job Description

• Carry out market research through industry contacts, publications, trade events, news to identify ideas for growth
  
• Develop new business and long term business opportunities through the Phone calls, E-mails and meetings.
  
• Develop sales presentations, conduct seminars and participate in meetings with clients and external vendors
  
• Lead the negotiation to close the deal and draw in resources from within the company to make it happen
  
• Manage all contractual requirements and align end result with the company’s internal operations and capabilities
  
• Constantly keep upgrading business development techniques, and help in enhancing the company knowledge base by participating in training and educational initiatives.
  
• As the face of the organization, you will also help in building the brand of the company in the industry, vendor and customer community.
  

 Requirements

• Candidate’s should have strong Mechanical background to understand and develop the engineering service business.
  
• Candidate should have good verbal presentation/communication skills. Candidate should have solid negotiation and closing skills.
  
• Should be proficient in Ms Office Excel, power point and analytical tools.
  
• Candidate should have strong time management and prioritization skills.
  
• Candidate should have the ability to effectively communicate with business owners and executives at all levels with confidence and having high level of personal motivation is added advantage
  

Qualification: Any bachelor degree with business development experience. Candidate with Mechanical background will be given preference.
