Job Description
- Answering online seller/merchant inquiries and listen to their problems/asks.
- Troubleshooting online seller/merchant reported problems – Remote support.
- Identifying root causes for the problems and taking corrective and preventive steps.
- Interact with online seller/merchant to discuss the strategies of growth.
- Provide support to online seller/merchant with daily operations.
- Provide inputs and discuss the plan for increasing the business online.
- What you will be doing: Working and analyzing seller/merchants portals of different online marketplaces. (Training will be provided)
Required Skills:
- Good reasoning and analytical skills
- Good listening skills
- Good communication
- Digital marketing is a plus
- Knowledge of e-commerce is a plus
