Job Description
Dedicated & Hard working personnel possessing an entrepreneurial skills Excellent communication skills both verbal and written. Educated to a post-graduate degree level in either a marketing or business related qualification.
Some of responsibility:-
- Ensuring sales targets are met and exceeded while surpassing service expectations
- Understanding customers' diverse, specific business needs and applying product knowledge to meet those needs
- Identifying and developing new business through networking and follow-up calls
- Providing support to customers, often on a helpline or chat process, offering clear advice and solutions wherever possible
- Storing the potential customer information in database/system to ensure accuracy & efficiently using the system.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Co-ordinating with other departments & team in order to provide the right information & process smooth execution of orders.
