• Work Experience :0-2 Yrs with good communication skils (Fresher's with excelnt communication skills)
  
• Salary : 25K per month
  
• In addition to their basic salary, a Delegate Sales Executive can earn an increased amount through commission and can potentially double their salary in a year
  
• Commission varies depending on the specific company and their events, However most graduate Delegate Sales Executives can expect to earn up to 40% of their basic salary again in commission
  
• Attendance Bonus of Rs. 1000/- can be earned on 100% attendance every month
  
• Additional Monthly incentive can be earned on 5% of Basic based on Monthly Targets achieved
  
• Joining bonus of Rs. 50,000/- (Rs. Fifty Thousand Only) on completion of One Year with the organisation
  

Roles:- 

• Generate delegate sales revenue in line with agreed targets & objectives
  
• Work with sales manager to ensure agreed KPIs are met on a consistent basis
  
• Be a strong, positive, customer focused sales executive when dealing with our clients
  
• Work well in a team environment giving ideas and working collectively with all members to grow own division
  
• Selected candidate will have the option to choose below shift
  
• Morning Shift 6:30am - 3:30pm
  
• Mid Shift 10:00 am - 7:00pm
  
• Night Shift 6:00 pm - 3:00 am
