- Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, email, chat, or phone to establish rapport and negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in-person, set up meetings, and meet clients to convert it as business and collaboration with the marketing department.
- Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients.
- Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.
- Build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities. Keep prospective client database updated.
- Make cold calls for new business leads. Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.
- Contacting to inform them about new developments in the company’s products. Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients.
- Developing sales goals and ensuring they are met. later stages developing team setting up sales goals and ensuring it to be achieved. Equipping staff with the technical and social skills needed to enhance sales.
- Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes.
- Remaining in tune with trends in consumption to ensure that our offerings remain relevant.
