Job Description
- EduCADD Learning Solutions is hiring for Business Development Executive / Counselor for our Franchise Division.
- # of positions open - 4 Nos
- 2 Positions we need candidates who can speak Marathi + English + Hindi.
- 2 Positions we need candidates who can speak English + Telugu/Kannada/Tamil.
- Experience Required:- 0-2 Years
- Work Location:- Kammanahalli, Bangalore
- Pay Package:- 1.80 to 3.00 lac per annum + attractive incentives.
Roles & Responsibilities:-
- Handle Calls and follow-ups with Prospects.
- Counsel Prospects and Clients on EduCADD Business Services & Benefits.
- Actively work alongside Business Head to achieve the Conversion Targets.
- Presentation of Company deliverables to the Clients & Prospects as and when required.Align with company vision and handle the entire Business Development and Sales Cycle.
Requirements:
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
- Energetic, Go-Getter and Target Oriented with a pleasing personality.
- Sales and Marketing experience of 1 to 2 years, preferably of Franchise Selling / Concept Selling in the Education sector.
- Freshers should have excellent communication and convincing skills with the above language requirement.
