Business Development Executive
- Assertive Communication and People Management
- Understands the education, skills, personality and interests of the clients
- To be able to help individuals put their talents to good use and make up into career
- Promote individuals, small groups, large audience counselling based on career courses
- Bring database from colleges, corporates, different sources
- Motivate college students and people who started their work force to join courses
- Conduct regular outreach efforts to new and existing clients
- Work closely with the technical team in planning, coordination and execution of training programs
- Good Team player with listening and execution skills
