We're looking for a Business Development Specialist who will be responsible for overall growth of the business by generating new leads, active co-ordination across teams, developing business proposals and persuasive presentations of organization's services. The successful candidate will play a key role in the success of the organization by offering guidance on online and offline marketing strategies, brand awareness, new client acquisition and client satisfaction.
As an initial member of the business development team you will have faster chances to become a key member with prominent growth as the company has just stepped up marketing and the growth prospects are pretty good.
Responsibilities:
Generate new leads through social media, e-mail marketing, etc.
Responsible for overall client communication.
Understanding a client’s needs and issues from a business point of view
Develop new and innovative business development plans and strategies.
Successfully manage the sales process from lead generation to conversion
Track and analyze competitor activities.
Assuring client satisfaction by meeting and exceeding delivery and service quality norms.
Maintaining online presence and enhancing brand awareness of the company through regular updates on social media.
Requirements:
Fluency in written and verbal English.
Have great proposal writing, presentation, and pitching skills.
Excellent communications skills.
Goal oriented, highly motivated and self-driven person.
Expertise at delivering client-focused solutions and creating long-lasting relationships.
Must be able to create good presentations
Must have excellent interpersonal skills
Must be detail oriented and an active listener
