JD - Business Development Executive
- Lollypop is looking for experienced Business Development/ Sales Executives passionately waiting to explore world of opportunities.
- Upbeat your sales and business development skills in a design paradise and chilled out studio.
- We would love to hear from target oriented, focused, energetic and organized freaks with flair of creativity and good communication skills, preferably a female candidate.
- Work with senior team members to identify and manage work/ risks.
- Prepare and deliver pitches of our services and solutions to potential clients.
- Maintain fruitful relationships with clients and address their needs effectively.
- Arranging and attending meetings and liaising with prospective clients to discuss and identify their requirements.
- Initiate & participate in ideation/ conceptualization as per requirement.
- Foster a collaborative environment within the organization.
- Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.
- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
- Maintain daily, weekly report in professional manner.
- Any graduate/ BBA/ BBM/ MBA degree.
- 1+ year of experience in the sales/ business development.
- Passion to work and willingness to learn.
- Absolutely amazing communication and writing skills.
- Strong listening and presentation skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Pleasing Personality and Contagious thought process.
- In-depth knowledge of the industry and its current events
- The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
- Passionate about sales and people.
- Proposal and Presentations are a piece of cake for you.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Team player.
